We sell a refillable oil spray bottle designed for oil application.

3. Ordering Process
To place an order:

1. Choose the bottle you wish to purchase.
2. Enter your name, email, and phone number.
3. Proceed to secure payment via Stripe.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If not, please contact us directly.

4. Payment
Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
We accept major credit and debit cards.
All prices are in EUR, inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT where applicable).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
We choose the most suitable shipping provider based on your location. These may include:
Omniva, DHL, UPS, Venipak, DPD, FedEx, Smartpost, Unisend, and international postal services.
Estimated delivery time: up to 30 business days depending on the destination and the shipping company.

6. Returns & Cancellations
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product if:

• The bottle is damaged, leaking, or defective.
• The return shipping cost will be covered by us in such cases.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cleanoilft@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue.
Order cancellations are not possible once payment has been made.

7. Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by third-party delivery services
• Damage resulting from improper use of the bottle
• Use of the bottle with unsuitable liquids
